Method:
The sample used in this survey was 400 respondents and was obtained proportionally using stratified multistage random sampling method. The margin of error is +/- 4.9% and the confidence level is 95%.
Survey Quality Control
Field spot check. As much as 25% of the total sample was returned to be interviewed again to ensure the correctness of the data.
Callbacks. All respondents were contacted again via telephone for confirmation and verification regarding the correctness of the data.
Data Entry. Data input is carried out by the surveyor directly using the application that has been provided (Real Time). The data input by the surveyor is then entered into the desktop by a trained team.
